Mats and towels are provided but you are welcome to bring your own. Pilates/grippy socks must be worn or feet wiped prior to class (socks are available for purchase in studio if desired).
No zippered clothing is allowed on equipment to protect upholstery.

Classes are modern Pilates style- meaning we still highly value the core components of Contrology but emphasize focus on a healthy double S curved spine. We like to keep choreography fun and challenging while still including many classical favorites and making sure you are in proper form so that you’re truly strengthening the muscles that should be firing with each movement.

Classes sizes are kept small for individualized attention, so space is limited, scheduling in advance is advised.
