Level up, challenge yourself, and improve your technique! This class is perfect for both beginners and intermediate practitioners, with modifications to meet you where you are.
Using props like resistance bands, small balls, and light weights, we’ll enhance your practice, build strength, and improve mobility to move past limitations. Everything is provided—just show up ready to leave stress behind and get moving!

Poised and Flow - coming 2025!
A graceful flow to lengthen, strengthen, and really engage with each movement. Great for mixed level students! Additional focus on flexibility and breath!

Great for students who have mastered proper alignment and have strength to maintain neutral in beginner+ choreography. This is a faster paced class to increase heart rate and bring muscles to fatigue. Schedule your rest day massage now because you'll be feeling the hard-earned burn post session!
